         Welcome to the 2024 USCHA Scholarship Application!

         This application will allow you to apply for one of the following scholarship opportunities:
         -Option A: (Registration Only)
         -Option B: (Registration, hotel (2 nights) and a $100 gift card)
         -NextGen: Emerging Leaders Fellowship (Registration, hotel (5 nights), roundtrip transportation, and a per diem stipend). "Participants must be between the ages of 18-25 and commit to the 10-monhth fellowship."
         Information provided on your submission is NOT confidential and will be shared with a committee that reviews all scholarships.
         The submission deadline is Monday, June 12, 2024.
         Notifications will be sent on or after June 26, 2024.
